This includes head coaches, managers, assistant coaches and player-facing volunteers. Approved Police clearance Checks are due prior to your obligations with any team. For example, if you are assisting with Winter Gyms and Clinics, you must have your clearance completed before they start in January. If you are a resident of Lakeshore please complete the OPP police check and fill out and sign the letter LMBA letter of police check below.
